Paccheri with meat sauce

Ingredients

4 serves

Paccheri 400 gr.
Beef minced meat 500 gr.
Tomato sauce 500 gr.
Bacon 50 gr.
Onion 1
Carrots 2
Celery 2 pieces
Red Wine 1 bicchiere
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Grated Parmesan Cheese 100 gr.
Pepper
Salt
Paccheri al sugo di carne

Preparation

Chop onion, celery, carrots and bacon and fry in a tablespoon of oil.
Add the minced meat, red wine and let it evaporate. Add the tomato sauce and the salt, cover and cook for 1 hour.
Cook the paccheri in boiling salted water, drain and season with the sauce, adding grated Parmesan cheese.
